Renting Conditions 1. Introduction:
The following set of rules describes conditions under which you can rent rooms in the Magnolia Apartment, making a reservation means that you accept these rules and that you will adhere to them during your stay. Confirming the reservation means entering into a contract between the customer and the owner of Magnolia Apartment. 2. Down payment reservation:To make a down payment reservation you have to either fill in the application form on Magnolia Apartment website www.apartament-magnolia.pl or send an e-mail to the following address This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . You must deposit 30% of the rental price (as a down payment) on the account number which you will receive in the e-mail with the confirmation of your reservation. You have to make the payment within the next 48 hours. Once we get your payment we will send you confirmation with information concerning collecting the keys from the contact person. If we do not receive your down payment in due time we will cancel your reservation. 3. “Last Minute” Reservation: A “Last Minute” reservation is a reservation made within less than 72 hours before arrival. In the case of a “Last Minute” reservation, a down payment is not required. Upon arrival, the guest is obliged to pay the total amount for the rent to the person responsible for handing the keys. To make a “Last Minute” reservation you must complete and send the reservation form at our website. After making a reservation you have to confirm it either by phone or e-mail. Lack of confirmation results in canceling the reservation. 4. Arrival, handing in the keys, leave:You should arrive at the Magnolia Apartment at the time settled with the owner. The customer is obliged to inform the Magnolia Apartment’s owner about the planned hour of collecting the keys at least a day before the arrival. Your stay will be charged from 14:00 (2 pm) the day you arrive until 12:00 (noon) the day you leave, unless it was agreed upon otherwise with the owner. If the customer has trouble arriving at the appointed hour they must phone the Magnolia Apartment’s owner to inform her about the expected delay. 5. The customer’s duties:The number of people staying in the apartment is limited to the number specified in the reservation form. The customer is obliged to inform the Apartment’s owner about any changes in this number either by phone or e-mail. The Magnolia Apartment customer bears full material responsibility for any damages of the apartment’s equipment caused by him/her or any people who visited them. The customer must also compensate for the damage. The compensation equals the full costs of repairing the damage. 6. Changes in the reservation:There is a possibility to change the reservation, prolong the stay or change the number of people specified in the reservation form, but the Apartment’s owner must be informed about all the changes in advance either by phone or e-mail. 7.The transfer of rights and duties to a third party:A customer can transfer their reservation rights to a third party, as long as this person accepts all the duties deriving from this reservation. The Owner of Magnolia Apartment's should be informed of such an event immediately, providing the personal data of the person accepting the rights and duties of this Agreement. 8. Animals:There is a possibility to bring small animals to the Magnolia Apartment, especially a dog or a cat. The payment for the animal’s stay in the apartment is 20 PLN per day. At the same time the customer holds full responsibility for any damages caused by the animal and is obliged to cover all costs related to them. The owner of the apartment decides about the method of repaying for damages. 9. General Information:Smoking in the Magnolia Apartment is strictly forbidden with the exception of a place specially marked for that purpose.
The Magnolia Apartment has an evening curfew from 22:00 (10 p.m.) till 6:00 the following day. 10. The law:Any cases not included in this contract will be resolved according to the regulations of Civil Code. Should any conflict concerning the contract arise, both parties are obliged to first try to amicably settle the dispute out of court. However, if it is not possible, the conflict will be settled in front of the competent court of law (for the owner of the apartment). |
